Martin was last seen in Stockton, California, he drove his ex-wife to work in North Stockton on 9/30/93.  He was to return to her residence at 0700 hours the next morning but he failed to arrive. 

Martin would customarily arrive at his daughter's residence every weekday morning to pick up his two daughters and drive them to school.  He would then pick them up from school in the afternoon, and return them to the residence.

Martin has been doing this without fail since school started on August 30th of 1993.
